Welcome to DOLADC. By using our dashboard and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DOLADC dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02. User Account & Security
To use DOLADC, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your store account.
- Ensuring your business information is accurate and up-to-date.
03. Subscription & Payments
DOLADC operates on a subscription basis (Monthly/Yearly). All payments are handled via secure third-party gateways. Failure to pay subscription fees may lead to temporary suspension of dashboard access.
04. SMS & WhatsApp Notifications
Our platform facilitates automated notifications. You agree that:
- You have the consent of your customers to send them transactional updates.
- DOLADC is not liable for network delays or delivery failures from telecom/WhatsApp providers.
- Spamming or sending non-laundry related messages is strictly prohibited.
05. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the business and customer data you input into the system. DOLADC acts only as a data processor to provide the dashboard services. We will not use your customer data for any marketing purposes.
06. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any of these terms are violated. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
07. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DOLADC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use of our software.
